How to Fix Sony Vegas Pro 13 Crashing on 'Initializing GPU Accelerated Video Processing'


This issue is probably caused by some some problem in your graphic settings, but don't worry, i'll help you fix it.

Fix

The fix is very simple, just follow the steps given below and you'll fix it. This may only work for computers which have amd radeon graphics card.

1.Right-Click on your desktop and click on configure switchable graphics
2.Click on Add Application. Go to this path: C:\Program Files\Sony\Vegas Pro 13.0 and select vegas130
3.Now, click on vegas130.exe and select High Performance from the Drop-Down menu and then, click on Apply
4.Now, run Sony Vegas Pro 13 and voila!

Note:-This may only work for laptops/computers which have AMD Radeon Graphics Card. If you have some other Graphics Card, comment below and i'll find the instructions for it.
